Everyone has a favourite dish, and often the reasons why can go beyond just the taste; it’s about the way it makes you feel, the memories it brings out, or the destination it transports you to.

Our vendors are no different, and this calendar contains recipes for 12 of our vendors' favourite dishes, written up and crafted by Mary-Ellen McTague, chef at The Creameries in Chorlton, Manchester, and founder of Eat Well MCR.
